Justkidz Store – Terms & Policies Summary
Delivery
We place great importance on fast and reliable delivery of customer orders. However, delivery times are estimates only, and Justkidz Store shall not be liable for delays.
If a customer fails or refuses to accept delivery, they will be liable for any resulting loss or damage, and Justkidz Store may charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
Goods are at the customer’s risk upon delivery. Customers must inspect items immediately and notify Justkidz Store in writing of any defects within 3 days. Otherwise, the goods will be deemed delivered in good condition and accepted.

Payment
All payments must be made in full without deduction or set-off, even if there is a delivery delay.
Prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Justkidz Store reserves the right to modify or discontinue services or products at any time without prior notice.

Return Policy
Goods can be refunded or exchanged within 3 days, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.

Clients outside Nairobi must contact Justkidz Store to coordinate returns.

Products sold sealed cannot be returned once opened; manufacturer warranty applies.

Credit notes may be issued for returns within 48 hours, provided items are in resalable condition.

Returns after 48 hours but within 5 days may also qualify for a credit note.

A handling fee of at least 15% may apply if packaging is incomplete or damaged.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.

No returns or credits are accepted after 3 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty Information
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified.
Justkidz Store does not provide additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers.
Products typically have a 12-month warranty.
Warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or if the serial number/label is missing.
For defective hardware, customers must notify us within 7 days for exchange; otherwise, the manufacturer’s procedure must be followed.
Warranty claims for items with manufacturer warranties must be handled at the warranty center in Nairobi CBD. A copy of the receipt or order is required.

Manufacturer & Dealership Warranty
Products with manufacturer warranties must follow the respective manufacturer’s procedures.
Products with dealership warranties are not covered under East African manufacturer terms.

Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
All goods are supplied under these conditions only. No employee or agent of Justkidz Store has the authority to alter or waive these terms.
Previous transactions do not change or override these terms.

VAT (Value Added Tax)
According to Kenyan tax regulations, VAT is charged at 16%.
All prices shown are VAT-exclusive unless otherwise stated.
