Return Policy

Justkidz Store will gladly refund or issue credit for goods returned within a reasonable time (generally 3 days), provided the items are in their original condition, original packaging, current version, and not special orders, hardware, peripherals, or clearance items.

If eligible for return but outside the 3-day window, we will make our best effort to coordinate an exchange with the manufacturer or accept the goods for resale, subject to approval.

• Defective Products: Items with manufacturing faults must be reported and returned within 24 hours from the date of purchase.

• Clients outside Nairobi should contact Justkidz Store to arrange for a return process.

• Sealed products (e.g., software, electronics) are non-returnable once opened. Manufacturer warranty applies.

• A full credit note may be issued if returns occur within 48 hours and the product is in resalable condition with all original packaging, manuals, and software included.

• Returns made after 48 hours but within 5 days may qualify for a credit note at our discretion.

• All returns must be correctly packaged—items not returned in their original packaging may incur a minimum 15% handling fee.

• Original invoices must accompany all returned goods.

• No returns or credit will be issued for goods returned more than 3 days after purchase.
